Bio

Leah is currently doing her first year on the music course at south Devon college at level 2.

Leah loves to sing and she is currently exploring and learning new things on the piano.

Leah enjoys listening to Billie Eilish, Khalid, Ellie Goulding, Noah Cyrus and Halsey, she also loves the bands LANY and 1975. She listens to a lot of different genres of music, she does not have any particular favourite as she likes to listen to everything.

Leah also is very into dancing and acting as well as music but she mainly focuses on vocals as music really helps her when it comes to showing her emotions.

Leah’s sister and brother are also very fond of music, her brother was in a band and also studied music at the college, Leah’s mum also used to sing a lot when she was younger and has always encouraged Leah to follow her dreams to sing and be a performer.

Leah was born in Paignton and was in the school choir throughout the whole of her primary school years. She then went on to be in the school’s band at secondary school and used to perform showcases.

Leah then did her first year of college doing performing arts but she then realised that she wanted to focus more on her music rather than dancing and acting.

Leah started playing the piano in 2016 but then stopped, however now she is getting back into learning to play it more as she wants to use the piano when she makes original songs.
